All silk, polycanvas, polychiffon, satin charmeuse and matte crepe fabrics are Oeko-tex certified. Certification includes rigorous testing, environmentally friendly and safe for people to use. Categories include, but are not limited to, non-toxic dyes, original fibre grown pesticide free, and source materials recycled.
All polyester blend fabrics are manufactured by the Montreal-based EcoPolyester company. They use stringent production methods, such as, 70% less water, energy and heat. Although these fabrics don’t technically hold a certification, they are considered “eco” because of their production criteria and commitment to ethical practices, a promising beginning and worthy of partnership
