JEWELRY:

Our pendants and earrings are designed and handmade in our studio in Sooke, British Columbia. We ship all jewelry from the studio.

Each Susan Isaac Jewelry piece is shipped in a gift box or on a jewelry card within an organza gift bag ready for gifting, and packaged for safe travel.

Canada and US Shipping

Once we receive payment, we will ship your jewelry product as soon as possible – usually within 5 business days. You should expect to receive your order within an additional 5 to 7 days following release from our studio.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred when shipping to the USA.

Shipping Outside Canada and USA

At this time, we do not offer standard shipping outside Canada and USA. If you are interested in one of our jewelry items, please contact us directly and we can investigate a specific option for you. We must research the cost of shipping to your country and any special conditions that may apply. Customs and duty may be added by your country upon delivery and is the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

Additional Insurance

If your order is of high value and you would like insurance against loss or breakage, please contact Susan at susan@susanisaacdesign.com. We will communicate with Canada Post for jewelry and the manufacturer in Montreal for fabric wearable art and accessories and email the cost for insurance. We will not proceed until you have approved and paid for your requested insurance.

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged package, do not open it. Instead, refuse delivery, and have the package returned unopened and reach out to us at susan@susanisaacdesign.com. We will assist you in dealing with the issue.

FABRIC & PAPER PRODUCTS:

We have partnered with a printing company to print all of our fabric and paper products on demand at the time of order. This allows us to improve sustainability by reducing waste and also ensures we can offer the highest quality products due to their superior printing process. Printing time varies by product and may be up to 14 days.

Once your made-to-order product has been created, the product will be shipped from the warehouse in Montreal, Quebec or Champlain, NY. Shipping times below are in addition to the printing process.

Canada Shipping

Canadian fabric and paper product orders will be shipped from the warehouse in Montreal, PQ. Shipping times vary by province, but you should expect to receive your product within 14 days.

US Shipping

US fabric and paper product orders will be shipped from the warehouse in Champlain, NY. Shipping times vary by state, but you should expect to receive your product within 14 days.

Shipping Outside Canada or USA

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $65

We offer free shipping in Canada and the US on all orders over $65 CDN. This includes jewelry only, fabric/paper only, or any combination of the two. Your discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

All orders totaling $65 or less will be shipped at our Flat Rate Fee of $15.00 + $3.00 for each additional items.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% delighted with every purchase you make from Susan Isaac Design. We stand behind the quality and careful workmanship that goes into handcrafting and manufacturing each and every piece. In the rare case that the product you ordered has a defect or does not meet your expectations, I will be happy to offer free repair or replacement to resolve the issue.

Simply reach out to me at susan@susanisaacdesign and describe the issue. We will do our best to resolve it right away.

If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will issue a full refund for your regularly-priced purchase (less the cost of shipping). Returns must be mailed within 7 days of initial receipt in order to receive a refund. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

Sale orders, pre-orders or custom pendant orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a product, please place a new order for the item you want, and return the original order (contact me at susan@susanisaacdesign.com to initiate this process. This ensures you get the art piece you want, and that it doesn't sell while you’re waiting for the exchange to be processed.
