Here are the best ways you can keep your jewelry looking as new as the day you first got it.

• Minimize tarnishing and oxidization by storing jewelry in a cool, dark place, such as your jewelry box

• Try to avoid exposing your jewelry to perfumes, body lotions, and moisture in general.

• Moisture can speed tarnishing, so always remove your jewelry before you shower, bathe, exercise, or swim.

• Keep it sparkly by regularly wiping it down with a soft polishing cloth.

Our jewelery pieces are designed and handmade in my studio in Sooke, British Columbia. I hope that you will come and visit the studio when you are here on beautiful Vancouver Island.

Our fabric and paper products are manufactured and printed by our partner in Montreal, Quebec.

Susan Isaac Design believes that creating unique wearable art pieces can be aligned with collective values and gentle on the environment. Mindfulness about sustainability and transparency helps all of us make choices that take better care of the environment and ourselves.

Our jewelry is made to ensure that every bit of fused glass is captured in the creation of pendants and earrings.

We select fabrics that undergo rigorous testing and use non-toxic dyes, pesticide free fibres and recycled source materials.

Our paper products are all Forest Stewardship Council Certified.

During packaging from the Susan Isaac Design studio, we use environmentally friendly and reusable materials, supplies and practices.

Our jewelry is handmade and one of a kind and as such you should expect minor variations in the product from our photographs.

Our fabric and paper products are also custom manufactured for you at the time of order and may have minor variations.

But rest assured, we want you to be delighted with your item. If you are unsatisfied in any way, just reach out to discuss the issue with us.
